Valve finds PC dying talk funny

chautemoc | May 23, 2008 | Industry News | PC
PC dying? Don't think so, says Valve. According to the company behind renowned titles like Half Life 2, Portal, and Gunman Chronicles, if you look properly at the game sales, they're doing as fine as or better than console titles.
"We sort of laugh at it," [marketing man Doug Lombardi] told Shack News.

"Because we've been wildly successful--we're very fortunate, you know. Our games have all done really, really well, Steam has taken off and become this whole other business for us, Valve has never been in better shape--and yet everybody is talking about how in the PC world, the sky is falling."

          I said pirated you idiot.
And yes it is hurting the industry, why? Because developers get less for their hard work on pc. However it is much harder to priate games on console and so developers will know that they will get the money the deserve.

Peoples jobs rely on the games well being, If you have to resort to stealing your games then you should *bleep* off.
