Infamous, the superhero free roamer made by the good people at Sucker Punch may not be an entirely singleplayer game. In a interview with Nate Fox IGN asked some questions about multiplayer and PSN integration. To say his answer hints toward multiplayer being revealed in two months is a understatement.

IGN: Will there be any integration with PlayStation Network?

Nate Fox: I'm sorry, I'm going to have to give you the patented two months from now answer.

IGN: So it's exclusively a single-player game?

Nate Fox: We'll tell you in two months time. Right now we're showing the single-player stuff, which we're excited about and it's going to be fun. That's currently our schtick.

IGN: What exactly is going to happen in two months time?

Nate Fox: The moon's going to crack in two and out of it will come all knowledge of Infamous.

What could you do in Multiplayer? Whatever, it would be awesome! Battling it out with friends, smiting n00bs with lightning storms, yep would be pretty cool.

Still, I don't think it's too likely. Infamous sounds more like a single player game to me.

Infamous will be a game worth buying a ps3 for just to play it, multiplayer or not.

it might be a good multiplayer, but I think if it was, I'd still be playing single player mostly

The single player looks like it has enough replay value. Plus he could be talking home integration and DLC.

There'd have to be modes. Experience with GTA IV has taught me that Free Roam multiplayer is fun, but not forever. It gets pretty boring after not-so-long. Maybe a few slayer variants and some objective type games. We'd be flying
