DSi due in North America sometime after April

chautemoc | October 05, 2008 | Interview | DS
Elaborating on previous news, President and Chief Operating Officer of Nintendo of America Reggie Fils-Aimé (sometimes affectionately referred to as 'The Reginator'), stated in an X-Play interview the DSi will not come to North America until the next fiscal year, meaning not until at least April.

For those who don't have a Lite yet, will you be waiting?

Well April was closer than I expected so thats a good sign. At first I thought it wouldn't come out in U.S until like December of next year @.@

I hate Nintendo and think they're full of crap!
    2 cameras don't add $70. I don't think it's any better than a lite. I am much more willing to buy a PSP 3000 than a DSi.

Actually, there are two. One inside and one outside.

There is also the internal memory, an SD card slot, an MP3 player (with editing software), photo editing software(which can sync with the Wii), a built-in web browser, bigger screens and downloadable software at the new online store. Whether or not it is worth $50 (not $70) is up to you, but the difference is a lot more than just two cameras.
