Amusing little tidbits on both Dennis Hopper and Bob Hoskins speaking negatively about Super Mario Bros, the movie. It's about time someone who took part of the flick accepts some blame.

I made a picture called Super Mario Bros., and my six-year-old son at the time - he's now 18 - he said, 'Dad, I think you're probably a pretty good actor, but why did you play that terrible guy King Koopa in Super Mario Bros?' and I said, 'Well Henry, I did that so you could have shoes,' and he said, 'Dad, I don't need shoes that badly.'

Yeah I feel sorry for the actors who were stuck in the movie, but on the other hand I can't help but smile when I think about how Bob Hoskins and Dennis Hopper starred together... in a Super Mario Bros. movie.

They should do a remake... like they redid that Hulk movie in record time.

Shoes... shoes... shoes... Think of what the world would be like without these helpful materials we call "shoes".
