Aonuma is disappointed with the Zelda series, all in thanks to the classic game The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. He's pleased to receive such high praise, but disappointed that they've not made a better since. This drives Aonuma to stay in the production process of the Zelda series, vowing he will create an even better Zelda game.

“I’m happy that a title I worked on some time ago remains highly praised to this day, but that also shows how none of the subsequent games in the series have surpassed it. As someone who is still working on the series, I have mixed feelings about that. Because I haven’t yet surpassed it, I can’t quit. Surprisingly, that simply motivation may be the reason I continue to work on the Zelda series.”

That's good news, I'd love to play a Zelda game that has gone to the next level.
I hope they make one for the PSP though.

Get in line with the also people who also want Halo on DS and MGS4 on Xbox 360.

And while those seem slightly possible, Zelda on PSP is mind blowingly unlikely.

I think everyone knows now and mine came first too. I hope this guy manages to fulfill his dream, don't want to get stuck with a job until your death bed. xD
