Jillian Michaels wasn't always fit and toned. At this year's E3, she admitted to being "the fat kid who stayed up all night playing video games, like Galaga and Burger Time". Now that she is a fitness trainer, she is using her past as a gamer to help kids lose weight through video games.
Game Hunters sat down with the 35 year-old fitness diva at the E3 Expo to talk about her involvement with these titles.
"I was the fat kid who stayed up all night playing video games, like Galaga and Burger Time" concedes Michaels. "Now I'm looking at the state of childhood obesity today and thinking 'What if there's a way to help you stay fit by playing games?'"
"Little did we [Michaels and her business partner, Giancarlo Chersich] know at the time Wii Fit was about to come out -- so we figured we'll still offer our own spin, and with me giving the player some instruction and motivation" Michaels adds.
