At the conclusion of a chain interview conducted by Kotaku's Stephen Totilo at E3, Reggie was asked to pose a question to Kotaku's readers:

quote Reggie Fils-Aime, Nintendo of America President
"In the same vein of Team Ninja working with Nintendo to re-imagine Metroid, what development group would your readers love to see partner and collaborate with Nintendo? And on what franchise?"

The question followed EA CEO John Riccitiello's response on why he owns an electric car, and Reggie's response about the split situation at Nintendo's E3 conference.

So, what developer do you want to see collaborate with Nintendo on which IP? According to Reggie: "Maybe it'll give us some further options on what to consider."

Today ends our weeklong Chain Interview, with EA's chief defending his choice in cars and Nintendo's president in the U.S. asking you a question.

I'm not that knowledgeable on MMO developers, but they should have whoever is good to help Nintendo/Game Freak work on a free-to-play Pokemon MMO.

Koei could use their Opoona engine for a Pokemon game, that would actually be awesome.

I would love to see nearly anybody touch Earthbound .. just so we could get a new one going.. which would get Nintendo to release Mother 3. And just hire the guys who already did the translating part for them.

(If it came down to picking a dev, either Capcom or Hudson Soft, as they would treat the Earthbound series with respect... unlike EA who might crank out "Earthbound Party")

I thought capcom wasn't interested in RPG's anymore, isn't that what Earthbound is?

Either way, I've heard nothing but fantastic things about that game, I would be interested in seeing it.

Anything that's an actual game that I want to play and that I don't have to:

    a) Swing my arms about hitting everything in my cramped room or
    b) Be a game which is targeted at everyone.

BioWare on a Legend of Zelda game. Make it happen.

Square on Mario. Oh wait, that sounds awfully familiar...I'd still love to see it happen again.

Team Ninja! Oh wait...damnit. I'd agree on Oogity about Bioware though, would be quite an LoZ adventure. Hell, maybe they can help on whatever the next Metroid is.

I want Platinum Games to make the next Zelda, the director of Devil May Cry on Zelda? That's win right there. Equally good if Tokyo Vikings since that's Itagaki's new company.

A DMC-esque or Ninja Gaiden-esque Zelda sounds like a dream come true.

sowwy Nintendo doesn't own the rights to earthbound, the maker , That I can only remember the last name of, Itoi, Owns Earthbound's rights.

IMO, Square X Zelda. Turn-based RPG is what I'd like, I'd love to see Zelda in that Genre.
