The one of a kind blue and white Zelda DS Lite has been created by modder Michael Page. What inspired him to create this nice looking DS is the Morpheon Mods Gold Zelda DS Lite. Even better? The modder has placed it up for auctioning on Ebay and 15 percent of the final bid will be going to charity.

Console and handheld modder Michael Page mailed in to let us know about his latest creation: a custom Blue & White Zelda DS Lite. Inspired by Morpheon Mods’ Gold Zelda DS Lite, this one-of-a-kind mod features a finely detailed design of Link’s shield embellished in a metallic hue with two small green LEDs hidden beneath, as well as a sleek glossy sky blue paint job.

I saw something like this in another News article-except that it was a Twilight Princess design. Still a sweet looking DS, and I bet the bid is high.

Dang, that's a pretty schweet DS. I wouldn't mind me having one of those.

But in all seriousness, it does look pretty cool, but it reminds me a little of the past systems that did something similar such as the Pokemon N64.

Looks pretty cool, but i'd rather have the original thing on my ds rather then that big lump on top of my ds. It will be cool for a little bit, but then you won't want it on your ds anymore.

Looks pretty good. I should imagine it'll sell for quite a ridiculous price though.
Good of him to put 15% towards charity.

I wonder how much this'll be worth because i might trade in my DS Lite and a couple of games for it (presuming it isn't higher than $600)

And it's also good that 15 Percent on the money goes to charity! =D

I figured this would be a new ds by nintendo. They release a new version of a gameboy every month it seems... Seriously it pisses me off since I have the first ds and it looks like a frickin' brick. And my roomamate has a sleek little white ds lite...bah

Very nice. Not sure about the colours, but the metallic hue is just awesome. In the end though, I am not one to really fuss too much over the appearence of the DS. I have an original one and am more than happy with that.

That's different. This isn't done by Nintendo, but just some guy who mods the DS handhelds for a hobby.

Ooh, the torture. Well, if there were enough of those to go around, I'd definitely be buying one. As is, though, I'll have to stick to my broken-hinged white DS Lite.

I like the blue one. I like how there's a little green light behind the shield.. looks pretty schnaazzy.

That's a sweet DS. But I'd imagine you wouldn't like it after a while.
