The latest issue of Famitsu magazine has revealed two more characters joining the Metal Gear Solid 4 crew.

Mei-Ling (from MGS1) has returned as a Navy officer. She will play a much larger role than she did in the original MGS.

Rosemary (from MGS2) has returned as Solid Snake's "psychological councellor" and will offer Snake advice on dealing with stress through the codec... Can anyone see the irony there?

I'm not surprised tbh. With Eva, and everyone coming back, it's like a massive send off to snake.

Mei Ling was cool, it's good to hear she'll play more of a role than just being the save point.

    Rosemary was cool too.

Yeah, it's just a mistranslation of the English text.

It's written as "mei" in the Japanese text.

All we need is Para-Medic and we can have a nice little reunion. It'll be nice to see both Rose and Mei-Ling again though. I'm still wondering why Raiden's fighting, and SHE'S working on the mission when the last time we saw her she was pregnant.
