cameraslens.com have translated the recent Fatal Frame IV pamphlet, revealing some new tidbits regarding the game.
One of the more interesting changes include the addition of an abandoned hospital as an area that players can explore. Previously, FF games only had a haunted mansion or small village as the main location. But Fatal Frame IV has an entire island you can wander around on, and it seemd as though players may be able to explore the various buildings on the island.
It sounds a little Silent Hill-esque, but you can imagine the sorts of ghouls that would be lurking around an old hospital.

The following information is revealed from the leaflet:
STORYWISE
- It's implied Ruka was rescued first
- The kidnapper of the five girls was male

GAMEWISE
- Besides the mansion which has already been shown, a deserted hospital will be one of the stages you can explore!
- the story will progress/be told from the point of view of three different people*
- the Wiimote will control the player's flashlight, while the Nunchuck will control the player's movements.

*It says that the player will control a different person each chapter, so we may be something similar to how Fatal Frame III: The Tormented worked.
