Games We Love but Wish We Could Love Playing
8 hours 35 mins ago
It's about time this game started getting some real attention! In a recent podcast, IGN announced that the Wii's new survival-horror Fatal Frame IV would be appearing at E3.
The IGN editors are also highly excited about the release of the game, saying that it is one of their most anticipated third-party titles and that the Fatal Frame series is "really bad ass".
Here's hoping the trailer finally gets released at E3.
IGN has a Nintendo Chat Podcast with Matt Casamassina, Mark Bozon, Craig Harris, and Daemon Hatfield. You can download the podcast here
Their episode 12 podcast features information on Fatal Frame IV! The game itself got mentioned three times in the podcast. The guys said they were 100% sure the game would be at E3 (great news to FF & Tecmo fans, since Tecmo has previously announced their discontent with how the current E3fis run). It looks as though the game is going to be featured through Nintendo's booth at the convention.
quote IGNFatal Frame's also coming out in July in Japan, Matt says its a "big game you should be excited about", aim flashlight with Wii remote, etc.
Most anticipated 3rd-party titles? Any juicy ones we don't know about, specifically from Captivate?
- Boz, "Huge WiiWare following, couple things a lot of people don't know about coming." I don't know if you can call Fatal Frame third party anymore, since Nintendo sucked it up but is "really bad ass".
Do you believe Fatal Frame 4 will be shown off at E3?
- Yes.
- I think it will be too, but I don't know how big...
