The King of Dokapon has offered you the keys to the kingdom, and all you have to do is dispose of a horse of invading monsters. Unfortunately he's made this offer to up to three of your soon-to-be ex-friends, and it's a fight to the finish to see who comes out on top and wins the hand of Princess Penny and the crown. This is the premise behind Dokapon Kingdom, an innovative hybrid of RPG combat and leveling with Mario Party board game action, coming this October to the PS2 and Wii.

Players will navigate various playfields, liberating towns from monsters while doing your best to prove a thorn in your opponents' sides while participating in combat and various mini-games. More than just a board game, players will also level up and gain rare items to help them on their quest for kinghood. Atlus is calling Dokapon Kingdom the friendship ruining game, and considering how cutthroat I can get during a plain old Mario Party game, I can see where they're coming from.
