EA has agreed to not take over Take-Two as Federal Trade Commission ends a 45 day pass after EA compiles the information request FTC asked for.

This can either be a good thing or a bad thing. One side is many fans don't want to see EA buying Take-Two in fear of destroying GTA. However since Take-Two's contract ended with Rockstar one should wonder the impact if they agree or disagree on the proposal. I guess we'll have to wait and find out.
