Fans of vampire and stealth games will be happy to know that Vampire Rain: Altered Species is heading for North America and Europe soon. No confirmation on the release date though.

Ignition Entertainment, a leading publisher of videogames and interactive entertainment, has announced that they have teamed up with publisher-developer AQ Interactive to bring the recently announced PLAYSTATION 3 computer entertainment system title, Vampire Rain: Altered Species to North America and Europe. AQ Interactive is the parent company behind renowned developers ARTOON, cavia and feelplus who together, are responsible for such notable titles as: Blue Dragon, Yoshi’s Island DS, Bullet Witch and Blinx: The Time Sweeper to name only a few.

“It is truly an honor to be working with AQ Interactive to bring Vampire Rain: Altered Species to both the North American and European markets,” said Ajay Chadha, president of Ignition Entertainment. “With a laundry list of notable titles already under their belt and years of experience, we at Ignition Entertainment are very optimistic in regards to this new partnership.”

    From what I've read about the 360 one, they are going to have to VASTLY improve the port.

      Didn't the 360 version get voted the worst game of 2007 on Gametrailers? Yeah, they'd definitely need to improve the PS3 version or no-one would buy it.

        Dunno about that, but I've heard pretty much nothing but bad things about it.

        I THINK the graphics are said to be good, but the gameplay is boring, and it doesn't play that well....Something like that.
