Guitar Hero 3 downloadable content going into overload!

A new pack of songs just became available for Guitar Hero 3 yesterday, but EA have taken a leaf out of Rock Band's book and announced they are going to release a new batch of songs every week this month. Next weeks pack has already been detailed.

“Shoot the Runner” by Kasabian
“I Predict a Riot” by Kaiser Chiefs
“Problems” by the Sex Pistols

The Motörhead Track Pack that released yesterday for Guitar Hero III won’t be the last one to spice up the gameplay experience this month. Taking a page from Electronic Arts’ Rock Band, Activision has announced that we’ll see new downloadable content hit the Marketplace each week throughout the month of June.

    I really wish they would also follow Rock Band's example by more consistently releasing the songs as single downloads as well as in packs. I'd only want the Kaiser Chiefs song from that pack.

    Can you get DLC on the Wii version yet? DLC would be great if we could get a half decent pack.

    I haven't heard of any of those bands except the Sex Pistols.
