As Activision and Red Octane get into the swing of things with Guitar Hero III DLC, Harmonix carries on with its weekly downloadable content support for Rock Band with today’s announcement of what’s coming up next week.

In the week of June 10th, Rock Band players can look forward to the release of the MTV2 Pack, which consists of three tracks from various artists, as well as one track from Maximo Park.

Each track will be available for the cheap price of $0.99, while the entire MTV2 three-pack will carry the $2.99 price tag.

On a related note, if you head onto the Playstation Store, you’ll notice that all of the tracks that were sponsored by McDonalds for the past four weeks are now available for $0.99. It’s not known when the price will go back up to $1.99 again, so snatch them up fast!
