Infinite Undiscovery, the first in a series, will be out Septemeber 2 for North America, Septemeber 5 for Europe, and Japan on Septemeber 11. Certainly strange they're getting a game last, especially an RPG, but president John Yamamoto says they plan on making upcoming releases global events.
The Last Remnant, powered by the Unreal Engine 3 (as was Lost Odyssey), will be on the Xbox 360 this winter; its PS3 window is unknown.
Star Ocean 4: The Last Hope is set for the 360, to which it will be exclusive, in 2009.

It looks as if 2008 is set to be the year of the role-playing game. Earlier this year Mistwalker's Lost Odyssey was released on the Xbox 360, and Dragon Quest Swords: The Masked Queen and the Tower of Mirrors was recently released on the Wii. Portables also picked up some action, with titles including The World Ends With You and Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings coming to the Nintendo DS.
As far as the rest of the year goes, it's looking pretty good too. Two long-awaited epics are on the way--Peter Molyneux's Fable 2, and Denis Dyack's Too Human. On top of that, Baroque is coming in July for the Wii and PlayStation 2, and Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core is imminently due for release in Europe, with both already out Stateside.
And if all those games weren't enough, Square Enix has added another two RPGs to the roster this year, with a third to follow in 2009.

360 has some awesome rpgs on its system now.
Star Ocean 4 isn't confirmed to be an exclusive yet, with the information we have. There are signs that point both to multiplatform and the 360-exclusive.
And the source said its exclusive, just going by that.

Don't udnerstand why 360 is getting waves of RPGs, and PS3 gets none.
And so go to 360. This gen 360 seems to have more fps's and RPGs too.
In general, the PS3 has less of every genre out there than all of its competition.
