We've already seen some of the product-placements in Metal Gear Solid 4 including iPods, clocks and Japanese health drinks.

But when MGS fans finally play MGS4 they might notice the abundance of Sony products. Naomi and Vamp use Sony Erricson phones, Otacon mentions how great the PS3 and Blu-Ray is, and now Sunny owns a PSP. Yep, MGS4 sure loves Sony.

Chances are, you've heard of this small PS3 game called Metal Gear Solid 4. Hunter217 sent us a few pics captured from the game ... and lo and behold, we see Sony's beloved handheld hidden away in the game as a small easter egg. Kojima's home is on the PlayStation systems, and it's nice to see the PSP isn't neglected in the upcoming console game.

Just because the PS3 version has such product placements, they can easily change them... I mean a 360 controller in Snakes hands, which would actually be more accurate as the military do use the 360 controller, instead of Sony Ericsson, Windows Mobile enabled phones, the only difficult one is the PSP but i am sure one less product placement wouldn't hurt Microsoft.

I would get big lolz if the game WAS ported to 360 BUT they kept the Sony product-placement in.

I would say so, on the face of things anyway. I won't say never but it is looking doubtful, unless Microsoft don't mind all the Sony products and just say, stick an Xbox 360 and a few games under Sunny's tv, or add in the Zune instead of the iPod, but i must admit it is looking unlikely the 360 will have this game.

That's a reference to the PSone, the PS3 and the PSP.

I wonder if they'll be a reference to the PS2.
