Have the chance to be in Street Fighter IV...not really what you think.

Ever wanted to be in the Street Fighter games, but don't have enough steroid-induced kick-butt moves? Well here's your chance. Capcom is having a contest where if you win, you will be put in the game...as a background character. Exciting, isn't it.

A post on the Capcom blog states: "The latest idea to sneak past was to have some Street Fighter fans' faces - yes, your actual faces - appear as background characters in Street Fighter IV."

Make a convincing enough case, and it could be you hanging out with background legends like Chinese man riding a bicycle and drunk Russian at a steel mill! Just know that Skullomania has a family to feed, and he needs these background cameos to make ends meet, you selfish jerk.

    ...So basically everyone submitting reasons would basically say the same thing, at least, that's what I'd assume.

    My reason would be: Even though I am not fond of the bosses, or chraacters portrayal in general, I'm still going to buy this game. That in turn shows my support for SFIV, Capcom, and the whole nine, and thus should grant me access to be a bystander in the game.

    That fails so hard. I'd rather punch Ryu in the face than stand in the background of one stage where nobody will even notice me.

    I'd do it, just so when my friends are beating each others faces in, if they glimpse in the background they'd say "Hey is that Le..." then get taken out. Oh the fun I forsee...

    Oh thats pretty cool. The only people that will care (or notice) are the ones that personally know this kid who is in the background. It will mean nothing to anyone else.

    I love the "THIS COULD BE YOU!" picture.

    This is pathetic. I'm sure who ever wins will forget about it anyway. Who cares for background characters anyway?
