If it's under the ridiculous £180 ($360) that Rock Band came with, I'm interested.

How many damn Guitar Hero games are there gonna be? Why don't they just make large download packs instead of re-packaging the whole thing and selling it over and over. its not like the game itself changes.

Why do you think they do it?

I don't think any DLC is gonna give you a drum set and a microphone soz

No, but purchasing the drums and mic then downloading a patch will. Duh.

Drums, mic and possibly a bass guitar would probably set you back a few more then a hundred dollars anyway so theres no point.

Different game altogether. Think of the Aerosmith as an expansion of GH3. Just like rock the 80's was for GH2

$179 to $189?!? It should be $50. I would definitely wait until the price goes down. For the time being, I'll occupy myself with the other guitar hero games that I have.

Dude, pay attention to other posts. This is Guitar Hero's answer to Rock Band. Pretty sure they can't sell Guitar, drums, a mic, and the game for $50.

        MusiKon Jun 24, 08
        Then what about $100-130?

The technology in the drum kit alone would normally set the price way into $200, I mean if it wasn't programmed for the game you'd have a near expert level digital drum set right there.

      Jaw Knee Jun 25, 08
Bullshit. The amount of songs or bands on the game won't increase the price. It's everything that comes with the game.

Maybe now Activision will do what Harmonix did and just release downloads instead of bundling a new game every year with just different modes and enhanced peripherals. You know, they do have downloadable patches for stuff like that. And it costs nothing. Activision are just trying to milk the franchise dry.

Well, thats the whole think. I won't doubt you'll be able to use the GH3 guitar with it, by setting it to only use the 4/5 main buttons. All well, I still want to get this game, no matter what the cost it takes!!
