After the release of Battlefield Bad Company, depending on your location, DICE Studios has confirmed that there is 5 Battlefield games in the works right now. More than anyone would have expected.
If the recent Battlefield game has you pumped up with pew pew excitement, then these 5 games should give you even more excitement. :D

At GDC Paris today, Ben Cousins, executive producer at EA's DICE studio, has confirmed that the team is currently working on no less than five titles in its Battlefield franchise.

EA announced at the start of the year its first entry in the free-to-play market would be Battlefield Heroes, and the publisher is set to release Battlefield: Bad Company for home consoles this Friday.

But the team is also at work on three other games based on the series, including a traditional core game aimed at consoles, and a new collaboration with Neowiz specifically for the Korean market.

Yeah, the freebie seems like a decent idea, but since it is a PC game, I doubt I could run it (Well, I run Oblivion on medium-low)....

A lot of Battlefield games though >_>

I wonder if they just worked on 1 it'd be 5 times better, instead of five (likely) shitty whore-ings of the franchise.
