We've taken a look at a wide variety of Wiimote recharging options that are available or will be coming out soon, such as Nyko's Wii Charge Station (review) and Thrustmaster's T-Charge +NW (review). Today we're taking a look at Accessories 4 Technology Limited's 4Gamers Remote Charging Stand.

The 4Gamers product is the first Wiimote recharging solution to offer space for both the Wiimotes and the Wii console itself. 4Gamers apparently went the route pioneered by Thrustmaster's T-Charge NW, namely integrating a battery charging port for rechargeable AA batteries into the stand instead of powering battery packs while they are actually in the Wiimotes. The device draws power from the Wii via USB, and owners will be responsible for acquiring their own rechargeable Ni-Mh batteries.

The 4Gamers Remote Charging Stand is currently available from Amazon.co.uk for £12.99. No word on North American distribution at this time.

This would be very super handy. My wiimote continues to run out of batteries, so I have to keep loads of extras in my gameroom. This would be much easier. =)

I really hope this comes to the U.S.

I'd definitely buy it. My batteries keep running out.

My wiimote almost never runs out. I change the batteries about once for every 2.5 months. I don't like how we're responsible for buying our own rechargeable batteries. I could just do that without the station, although it wouldn't look as cool.

Very snazzy, it definitely looks great with the Wii and I sure hope we can get our hands on it soon.
