While official E3 news is always exciting, the overheard whispers from company employees is where the juicy info lies. While playing the E3 demo, the guys at Joystiq overheard two Konami employees saying that if anyone laughs at Castlevania Judgement then they "have the power to kick them out".

Ouch, that isn't very nice. I bet Konami didn't want that little whisper overheard by an internet author!

Discuss in the Castlevania: Judgement forum

While checking out Konami's 3D fighter, Castlevania Judgment, two Konami employees stood next to us and saw an opportunity to shoot the breeze. While conversing about things that this blogger couldn't help but overhear, one female worker commented to the other that if "they are just going to make fun of it, you have the power to kick them out." It was pretty obvious that she was referring to the fighting game we were currently engaged in playing. (Here's the trailer).

And, before you ask, no we did not make fun of it. We waited until we left their space before laughing.

What a bunch of pussies. They sound like the science nerds saying stuff like "DON'T MAKE FUN OF OUR PROJECT!" at school or something.

I don't see why anyone would make fun of it. According to the recent IGN previews it's shaping up quite well. I think by now people should be over the "OMG Castlevania fighting game" phase. Weirder things have happened.

I've always followed the Castlevania series, and Konami, and Judgement will liertally cast "Judgement" upon If I do stay with Konami and Castlevania. I'm getting this game ASAP, and I know I will adore it.

Nintendo Power said that this game would be good. I have played one castlevania game, and did not like it, so I will not be buying it, but if you like Castlevania, it would be good for you.

Not really. Most Castlevania fans are shitty that Konami are wasting their time with a mediocre-sounding fighting game, instead of making a good 3D Castlevania.
