[ Rumour ] PSP-3000 Series In The Works

It's been rumoured to be in the works many times, and now it seems that posts on a site known as PSPChina have the proof - pictures of the unit. Included in the pictures is a 'PS Brand Logo' next to the volume buttons, and the unit is said to be releasing with a built-in mic.

Remember this is still very much a rumour, and these pictures could always be pre-production or even doctored.

According to forum posters at PSPChina, the long-rumored PSP-3000 in is production and will include a built-in mic, along with minor cosmetic changes.

    With the built in microphone is seems a little that that they are ripping off the Nintendo DS.
    Unless they had it before, but I don't think so. I have the original, so unless they put it on the slim...

    I may have to buy one these, despite the fact that I just got a slim 1 month ago. I really want to know what cosmetic changes and colors are.

    Hmm . . . you know, I never even noticed the difference between the "new button" and the home button on my PSP Slim. They're different?

    The microphone thought is nice though, of course, it's kinda a given, with Skype and such that they have for the psp. I can't wait to see what else will be different. Hopefully enough to warrant me buying it.
