Vimeo has announced that any type of game video is now banned from being uploaded, but machinima is still allowed. Some staff members at Vimeo said that game videos aren't allowed anymore because they don't display "creative expression", as well as the size of game videos being too big. There are other reasons too, you can find them here.

If you're using Vimeo to upload your gaming videos, you might want to look elsewhere for your future needs. The site has announced that it will no longer allow the uploading of "game walk-throughs, game strategy videos, depictions of player vs player battles, raids, fraps, or any other video gaming videos that simply depict individuals playing a video game." "Machinima" however, is cool with Vimeo. Why the change?

It's just a video website with very good quality. They used to allow big file sizes for game videos up until now.

Well this is annoying, combine that with youtube's 10MB limit and we will all have to turn elsewhere for our video uploading needs.
