Video Game Rating Legislation Bill Introduced

With the newest bill being passed over video games, this stipulation lists that minors will not be able to rent or buy games with adult content without parental advisory.

Sen. Roger Wicker (R-MS) yesterday introduced a bill in the United States Senate which would: ...prohibit the distribution or sale of video games that do not have age-based content rating labels [and] prohibit the sale or rental of video games with adult content ratings to minors...

    Most stores do that kind of stuff already.

    It's comforting to know that with all the shit going on with our country, our legislative branch finds it appropriate to spend their time dealing with these bullshit bills.

      Until now it was an optional store policy. I'm glad this is happening, parents don't have a reason to whine bitch and complain to stores and other companies for selling minors mature games, it would be totally their responsibility.

    It wasn't passed, it's just been INTRODUCED and has no co-sponsors yet.
