WiiConnect24 shouldn't even be on the list.
PSN isn't as good as XBL but considering it's a free service, you can't really expect it to do much more than what it says. Anything more than playing games online is a bonus.
That said, XBL is more than worth the price.
You get what you paid for.
And avatars are a blatant rip-off of Miis, you can't even deny that because it's so obvious.

Avatar Support... is it really that a big thing, though that said, I'd probably want a better avatar than my current one so I'll give you that... but I don't understand how upcoming games give you the support for it.
We did have a debate a while back as to the extent to which it's better, but that's a different matter.
I PAY for XBL, so that shit BETTER be number one. There was an interview some time ago with one of Microsoft's execs, and he mentioned that they're always working on ways of improving LIVE because they're aware they need to be the best out there if they're charging a fee.

I don't see how it's relevant, but since you brought it up, no I am not going to buy a PS3. If somebody gave me a PS3 as a gift I would play it, but right now I see NO reason at all to buy one because there are 0 games I an interested in. The only thing ever say against it is the lack of games though. Sue me.

But yeah Xbox live is better in the end.
XBL is better, but not by leaps and bounds. They get millions yearly to maintain servers, even from a yearly $50 fee.
But Live's been around for ages and ages. PSN has been around for maybe 2 years. And it's gaining momentum.
Me being a PS3 owner, and only played 20 times on XBL, I can say its better than the PSN, however I still am satisfied with the network. If we can get some more Classics and some voice chat, I would be happier. But VC doesn't 100% matter, but would like to have if it was a feature.

xbox live is better than the psn mostly i think because they have had longer to develop it and it has Microsoft which are the best in the business to back it up.But i am sure and i am hoping that the psn network will catch on it the near future especially with ps3 home coming out which should be amazing. and also their are a lot more fun online games on the xbox but in time the ps3 ime sure will have more of a variety aswell as for the wii that just gets repetative online.
so to sum up its all just a matter of time.
Both have their merits. But at the moment, XBL is a better package for me. (in imo anyway, feel free to differ)
We're not always necessarily saying PSN is worse, we're just saying that it makes sense that you get what you pay for.
