Confirmed: Xbox Live Offers Free Online Play For A Limited Time

gamersbd | July 29, 2008 | News | XBOX 360
Rumors floating around the internet that Xbox Live Silver members can play for free over Xbox Live has been confirmed. However, it is for a limited time and available only to Games For Windows titles.
Well, looks like someone messed up the code seriously enabling these cross-platform titles to be played over Xbox live for free (when Microsoft announced Games For Windows Live will be free for all). In other words, keep on gaming until someone at Microsoft fixes the problem. Makes you wish Halo 3 was released on Games For Windows, doesn’t it?

Yeah, I had a look at a wiki list. Not really anything that great.

They should just make all games free, dammit!
