Gaming for Charity: Seven Zelda Games in Seventy Hours

Akira_EX | July 31, 2008 | News | Nintendo 64 Wii
Hot off of the Mario Marathon last month, they are at it again. The Mario Marathon team will be partnering up with Cameron Banga and the Four48 Team in bringing you a marathon gaming session of the seven console Zelda titles, from the original classic Legend of Zelda to the newest Zelda title, Twilight Princess. The group will be soliciting donations, with all proceeds going towards Penny Arcade's Child's Play Charity, which buys toys and video games to children's hospitals across the country.

How this marathon will happen is the following: the Mario Marathon team will handle the first three Zelda console titles, The Legend of Zelda, Zelda II: Adventure of Link, and The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past. Once they finish, the Four48 team will proceed onto the 3D Zelda titles: Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask, The Wind Waker, and Twilight Princess. Interspersed with the action, the Four48 team will be conducting interviews with the webmasters of various gaming sites, including CheapyD of CheapAssGamer and Kevin Cassidy of GoNintendo.
