Young man fakes death because parents wouldn't buy him a....Nintendo Computer!?

A young man named Yang was arrested by the police in Shangqiu because he collaborated with two men to fake his own kidnapping. When police learned that the kidnappers were demanding a $1,400 ransom, they opened a investigation. The three men were arrested at the ATM after getting the money. Why did he do this? He wanted the money to buy a Nintendo computer because his parents wouldn't.

One question: What in the world is a Nintendo Computer?!
