V-Jump magazine has unveiled two new characters that will be in the eleventh games in the Tales of Hearts series for the Nintendo DS. The name of the woman is Ines Lorenz, and the man is named Hisui Hearts, who is speculated to be Kohak's brother.

Hisui seems to wield a crossbow-type weapon, and Ines seems to use some sort of sword. And if you couldn't tell, it looks like Ines is the "breasts" character for this game (almost every other game in the series has a flat-chested woman and a woman with a fuller-bust, to make fun of at scenes like the hot springs in the game). :P
