If you have too much money on your hands and haven't been able to get your own copy of Wii Fit, look no further! A Manhattan gym is providing training sessions with a Wii to its clients -- at the cost of $110 an hour.

Though CBS Evening News provided a photo of Wii Fit with this story (and we're all aware how much mainstream media knows about video games), other sources have only confirmed the use of Wii Sports.

After three sessions, you'll probably be able to pick up your own Wii, Wii Sports, and Wii Fit.

"We think of this as just another tool at the gym."

This is a fine example of the stupidity of society. You can buy a Wii Fit for a cheaper price. And yet, there will no doubt beidiots who pay the $110 thinking they've got a good deal >_>

If they pay that for it, they deserve it, I think. Haha.

I agreed, but they have the money to do it but just can't fathom putting the Wii into one of the three spare rooms in their house

Whoops, that's one "and" too many in the last line. I meant to say that three sessions at the gym = Wii & Wii Sports, and a copy of Wii Fit.

I think you are able to edit the what you post. Or titles at least.

    $110 an hour?!
Lawls, talk about high way robbery, I mean most gyms don't cost that much per hour. Or a monthly yearly fee.

Wait a minute, is this even legal?

This is America we're talking about, so yes, robbing customers of money is perfectly legal.

I've done Wii fit and it's no comparison to the real deal, anyway. It takes more than a game to be healthy.

Yes, but this is also the country of lawsuits, so it is possible for them to get sued over this if Nintendo catches a whiff and decides they don't like someone making a profit off their products.

I bet we all must ponder that one, iLL.

Who'd be stupid enough to do this, anyways? -_-

    quote Newsday|
    that includes a Nintendo Wii.
It's not $110 an hour to play a Wii...it's a training regimen that includes the use of a wii. HUGE difference.

Big difference, same stupidity. Nobody is going to get fit using a Wii. This is pretty much just attracting puppets to their gym and giving Nintendo promotion.
