New Batman game announced

A brand new title in the Batman video game series has been confirmed. This one will not be related to The Dark Knight (that idea was scrapped).

The title, called Batman: Arkham Asylum will be published by Eidos and developed by Rocksteady Studios.

This completely original title explores Gotham City’s darkest location, the infamous Arkham Asylum. But as a routine prison transfer goes wrong, the Joker sets his demented plan into action and Batman comes face to face with an army of his worst enemies.

    Thank god their not ruining Dark Knight, the asylum however to me suggests the Joker (he was from there wasn't he?) will be involved

    Doubt I'd get it tbh. Most super hero games turn out crap. I'll wait for reviews and people's opinions (on this site).

      Batman games are one of few hero-based games that actually has good games in its past collection.... Unlike Superman. Ugh, I *bleep*ing swear, after playing Superman 64 I will never touch another Superman game.

    I shudder to think what would have happened if the Dark Knight went through as a game idea.

    This actually has the potential to be good, will be keeping an eye on it.
