BioWare: Dragon Age: Origins headed to consoles

Livewire_19 | August 18, 2008 | News | PC Playstation 3
BioWare has given a definite confirmation for the fate of Dragon Age: Origins. Yes, the spiritual successor to Baldur's Gate will indeed be coming to consoles. As you may have guessed, Dragon Age will also definitely be a series.
"Yes. Dragon Age: Origins will be coming to consoles in the near future, yes," Dan Tudge, director and executive producer for the game, told Eurogamer.

Tudge hinted that console versions of Origins will arrive in late 2009, after the PC release - which BioWare is confident will be early next year.

I loved Mass Effect. I never got to play Baldur's Gate, but either way, BioWare seems to have some excellent games. I'll catch up sooner or later. I'll be adding this to my wish list.
