Konami has updated the servers for Metal Gear Online, and for other Konami games that have had a few bumps in the road with the online play. Read the quote for the changes that you will notice.

It's not just Metal Gear Online but Konami's online games as a whole that have had a rocky ride online, but Konami is keeping the updates coming.

The recent server maintenance on the game's servers, which have seen several temporary outages in play over the past couple of weeks, has finished and Konami has detailed the changes that you may notice, small though they may be:

"1)Players will gain 5 reward points when they have finished a round in the automatching lobbies 'SNAKE:EX', 'LIQUID:EX' and 'SOLIDUS:EX'.

"*The lobbies 'SNAKE:EX', 'LIQUID:EX' and 'SOLIDUS:EX' are only available for users who have bought the 'MGO GENE EXPANSION'.

"2)A new Survival Lobby 'MK2' has been added."

So, all systems go at the moment. Let's hope it stays that way.
