Media Molecule will be watching closely for player of LittleBigPlanet that make the best levels to work for dev team. They said that they will try to get the top ten level makers, and get them to make simply awesome levels for them, possibly getting a job there.

LittleBigPlanet dev Media Molecule will be "watching closely" to recruit the best community designers to work as part of the dev team, it told CVG.

Speaking in a recent interview, producer Pete Smith also dismissed previous concerns that it would enforce a charge on the best user created content.

"We've got plans for the future which I can't talk about," said Smith when we asked about the potential of users charging for levels.

"If a user becomes known as being great at making levels, I can't say we wouldn't but I don't think we'd want to take his level and then charge people for it, because it's free - that's the whole premise of the game."

He added: "However, we will be aware of who those awesome designers are and certainly there's the potential to get them building levels as part of the dev team."

Dude, that would be an awesome job. But I hope that one of the job requirements isn't moving to europe. Even though europe does sound better then living in america.

Media Molecule are based in the UK so it would involve moving to central England, unless Media Molecule open up an American studio. Though this while good might not work out as unless all their games in the future are made using LittleBigPlanet the people they hire will need extensive training in the arts of Havok, 3DSMax, MAYA and any other program Media Molecule may use.

He said building levels for the team, the team uses the exsact same stuff that we will use to build a level as we will. So no he doesn't need to learn how to make the game, just to make DL levels. That they probably will charge for...

The people that will get the jobs are the ones that will end up spending over 500+ hours on a single level, ones with no lives.
