LittleBigPlanet American Pre-order guide; Where to get what !

As many a fan will know, pre-ordering LittleBigPlanet at different stores will warrant you a different pre-order bonus. This scheme has caused confusion amongst fans as to where to pre-order the game to get a set item and so below is a list of all the possible pre-order bonuses alongside a link to the store that is offering that exclusive gift;

    Since the only one of those that I ever buy from is Best Buy, I would get the Nariko one. Who's Nariko? LOL
    Oh, to be clear, I'm not preordering it.

      Nariko is the protagonist on Heavenly Sword.

      I preordered mine today, though not from any of those places, so I got nothing.
