No PC version of Force Unleashed planned

dimeford | September 08, 2008 | News | PC
You may have heard a rumor this morning that a PC version of Star Wars: Force Unleashed was in the works. The rumor has been shot down faster than a TIE fighter, which lacks the shield generators of larger Imperial craft and - okay, the rumor was disproved quickly.
Well, that was quick. The rumor circulating this morning that a PC version of Star Wars: The Force Unleashed is on the way was promptly shot down by a representative of Lucas Arts. The PC? Snubbed as a gaming platform? Yes, I was skeptical, too.

This is unfortunatey - I for one plan on getting Bethesda's Fallout 3 for the PC... maybe sales from the PC version of Fallout 3 will remind LucasArts that they have a large audience that's been with them through X-Wing, TIE-Fighter and the Dark Forces/ Jedi Knight series (heck even Rebel Assault) that lament not seeing The Force Unleashed on the PC...

Well - that killed my hopes of playing TFE. Surely sometime in the future there may be a PC port at least, if not a full PC-version?
