Microsoft Reduces Prices of few downloads

SSJ3 Trunks | September 09, 2008 | News | XBOX 360
A few of DLC will be reduced by up to sixty percent for a limited amount of time. The end of October seems to be the end date. One of the noticeable discounts are the Track Packs of Guitar Hero 3.
Are you finding the Shivering Isles expansion to Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion or various additional downloadable content for Mass Effect, Forza 2, Guitar Hero 3, and Beautiful Katamri to be too much of a strain on your wallet? Well turn that frown upside down, because Major Nelson reports in blog post (via Joystiq) that Microsoft is cutting DLC prices in an "Extended Play Download Days" promotion.

The full list of updated price points is available above. The new prices are in effect now, but unfortunately they aren't permanent. The DLC pricing will revert to its old, more expensive ways at the end of October, so get it while it's cheap.

I've actually been meaning to go play through Mass Effect again, so I'll for sure get the Bring Down The Sky content when I do.
