Electronic Theatre relay news from Psynoix Studios, and the announcement of their licensing agreement with Epic Games for the use of Unreal Engine 3 in future products.
Psyonix Studios announced late last night that the company has entered into an agreement with Epic Games to license Unreal Engine 3 for its upcoming game, Supersonic Acrobatic Rocket-Powered Battle-Cars, an arena-based online Auto-Sports game for PLAYSTATION Network.

"We've been working with other studios using Unreal technology for years now," said Dave Hagewood, director of development, Psyonix Studios. "I'm very proud to be licensing the engine for our first title developed entirely in-house and am blown away by the fact that Epic goes out of its way to make its industry-leading technology affordable for developers of games like this."
