Electronic Theatre relays news of a delay in the US release of the forthcoming S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Clear Sky for PC. Publisher, Deep Silver, blames "a problem in manufacturing".

Deep Silver have announced that due a problem in manufacturing, S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Clear Sky, which was released in Europe last week, will hit retail stores in North America on September 15th, 2008. The digital download release date has not yet been determined.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Clear Sky is a Survival First-Person Shooter game for PC based on a “what-if” scenario of the second Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant accident.
