The Motorstorm 2 demo is currently only going out to a few lucky gamers right now, and if it is coming to you, you'd get an email. Sony wants to send it only to a few random PSN users for now.

You might check your email today and find out that you've been chosen as one of the lucky gamers to download the Motorstorm 2 demo. That'll make you happy. If not, you're probably not so pleased.

Sony has chosen to distribute the Motorstorm 2 single -player demo today to an unspecified number of randomly-selected PSN users. Why? We're not sure, but we can only guess it's to stop US users (who have to buy Qore to get the demo) from logging into the UK PS Store and snagging it for free.

Um I just downloaded it off Qore. What's this I keep hearing about special codes and select individuals?

Wow, seriously the Pre-ordering and randomly selecting kinda keeps beating the purpose of buying Qore in the first place. In any case, I'm already downloading that.

What is with Sony? It's constant with all these damn closed betas and beta codes and Qore things. Most people don't get those things, so it's seriously excluding people. It's almost as bad as Sony is to Europe.

      First come first serve basis.

Besides screw the demo, I rather play the full version right now tbh.

So do a lot of us but that's kinda impossible at the moment so that's why...we got the demo! Gasp.

I'm just saying it's bad customer service to constantly exclude people.

But apparently the Motorstorm 2 demo sucks bad, so it remains to be seen whether or not me not getting it matters.

It's not bad service when you have to pay for Qore, i.e give Sony money. It's all business. They want your money, and they will get it. As far as the demo itself, I enjoyed it. I don't know what you mean "apparently" it sucks.

First off, "apparently" means it's not me saying it. I dunno, offsite I've heard a lot of people with complaints.

Of course that's what it means, but you also said "no loss here," implying that your opinion is based on what you heard. How could it be no loss for you if that's the case?

I was talking hypothetically; so I meant that if it truly were the way they said it was, it's not like I was missing out; I guess I worded it badly.

Either way, I wouldn't know Pacific Rift's quality seeing as I haven't tried it yet.
