Resident Evil 4 Ports to the PC and is cleaned up just in time for it's May 15th release.

I've never played it myself, but I'd heard that the PC version of Resident Evil 4 wasn't exactly...pretty. Rather than showing off the strengths of the platform, it was instead a dodgy port. End result? It looked god-awful.

But no more! A new patch has hit that adds things like lighting and cleaner textures to the game. What, you thought something like lighting would be included in the game? No, actually, it wasn't. Is now, though, and the game's a lot prettier for it.

One would presume this update would be included in the American version (it's only available in Europe and Australia atm), which is due to hit on May 15. Then again, you'd have thought the lights would have been on in the European version, so don't go taking anything for granted just yet.
