I skipped the whole Rock Band experience. I did play it at one our company BBQ's though and I <3 the drums. I can't decide which to get Rock Band 2 or Guitar Hero

I can't wait for this even more now, and now I don't need to buy BYOB in Rock Band to play it, now I can play it on the good game.

By the way: Will this work with the old contollers that came with Guitar Hero III?

Yep, it is fully backwards compatibilty. So your Les will work if your too tight to buy some new plastic goodness
