During the celebration for Nintendo Power's 20th birthday, Nintendo donated five Wii entertainment centers to the Starlight Children's Foundation. All of them will be shipped to hospitals throughout New York.
There were some celebrities on hand, such as Kyle Massey from Cory in the House, Christopher Massey from Zoey 101, and a lot more! All of the attenders go to try some upcoming games, such as Rayman Raving Rabbids TV Party and Castlevania Judgment.
Check out some pictures of the event that I attached to the article.
Some of the items that were being auctioned off were a Rock Band Wii kit, Kenneth Cole Luggage, Prada handbags, Jewlery, and an autographed issue of Nintendo Power.
At one point in the evening, Nintendo came out to present the actual Wii Entertainment systems to the foundation. Each of the five units was sponsored by one of the companies showcasing games at the party: Konami, Ubisoft, EA, Gamecock, and Nintendo.
