Sony has announced that its latest racing effort Wipeout HD will be released for download in two weeks time on September 25th via the Playstation Network. The title will be sold at a $19.99 clip.

"The PS3-exclusive release will include five game modes, eight player online racing, two-player splitscreen support, eight tracks, 1080p visuals and Trophy support."
