Google is Not Buying Valve

Alas, all of the Internet's clever splicing of Google and Valve's logos has been for nothing. The rumors that Google would purchase Valve Software have been given a swift smack with a crowbar.
British publication The Inquirer sent the gaming community into a tizzy by stating Google was about to purchase Valve, primarily for its digital distribution platform Steam. Apparently their well-placed sources were mistaken, though.

      Why not? Whats stopping them? I can see Google being a great gaming Company. Honestly I don't see a reason to doubt them.

      Besides this sucks though.
