The Tatsunoko vs. Capcom train continues to keep on rolling, with some new screenshots of the Wii version hitting the internet by way of Famitsu, whose latest issue broke the story that the latest Arcade Vs. fighting game was on its way to the Nintendo Wii.
Tatsunoko vs. Capcom draws its characters from the two companies' iconic casts, giving such epic matchups like Ken from Gatchaman vs. Ryu from Street Fighter. This fighting game does have its own special moves to work with:
The Wii version will also have minigames; the ones mentioned are ones based off of Ken and Ryu. In Ken's minigame, it is a shooting gallery where players will have to shoot soldiers from the enemy organization, without trying to shoot Chun-Li or Yatterman. Ryu's minigame is Hadoken training, where you have to time the meter on the left perfectly to get maximum points.
Tatsunoko vs. Capcom will hit the Wii in Japan on December 11th, 2008. You can check out the official site here. Check out the rest of the screenshots over at the source. The game will make an appearance at the upcoming Tokyo Game Show 2008, and is currently on show at the 46th Amusement Machine Show.
