The latest post on Marvelous Entertainment's Tokyo Game Show 2008 blog has a post written by Louis from their License & Localization Group, who handles games overseas. In the post (which is available in both Japanese and English), Louis announces that there will be a new unannounced game that Marvelous will reveal on the first day of the show. This is game also unknown to the Japanese press, for a full-on new game announcement. He also states that it is from a "charismatic Japanese creator".

Hmm... I wonder who that could be. Tomonobu Itagaki? Suda 51? Kenji Eno, anyone?

Probably a Wii or DS game, looking at the lineup.

Not a great lineup of games tbh.

It's actually an awesome lineup: Arc Rise, Rune Factory, Oboro, LKS and Avalon Code are looking to be really good.

What? MGS and ZOE are Kojima Productions' games. This is Marvelous Entertainment.

Pretty sure Konami handles all of Kojipro's games.

Yes, but Kojima doesn't do jobs outside of Kojipro. So how Kojima has anything to do with Marvelous Entertainment is beyond me.

My guess is that it's Itagaki. He recently hinted that he was making a game since quitting Tecmo.

Yeap, it's the shades again alright. Though it's probably the first time EVER he's publicly seen smiling AND a thumbs up...amazing.
