We confirmed last week Kingdom Hearts Re: Chain of Memories, the PS2 remake of the GBA original, would be coming to the States sometime this winter, and now we've received a date.

Square Enix this week announced, much to the excitement of North American-based Kingdom Hearts fans, that it will be releasing Kingdom Hearts Re: Chain of Memories in The United States on December 2.

Featuring character designs by Tetsuya Nomura and his renowned team, Chain of Memories is a 3D remake of the 2004 Game Boy Advance title. It also bridges the gap between Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts II.

The full voice over cast from Kingdom Hearts and its sequel are expected to make a return, as will a newly-revamped mini-game catalog designed specifically for the PlayStation 2.

Wait. Didn't this come out in Japan included with KHII: Final Mix?

How come we only get the CoM part?

Not that I care... since I'm not getting this. :S
